Oct 02, 2010· Tree 325 Journeyman CNC Mill For Sale This is an early Tree 325 Journeyman 3-axis CNC mill we have for sale. It has Dynapath System 10 controls, a 50 to 6,000-rpm spindle, and takes industry standard CAT40 tooling.
Heres what Ive gleaned since getting my 325 Journeyman mill: Purchaser of the Tree repair group: 3S 414-570-9530 200 Oak Street Oak Creek, WI 53154 Spindle rebuilds, parts, manuals. Serial numbers are a big help. The owner may be an employee of AEI, but he has two former Tree guys working for him that have 40 years of combined experience.

Jul 18, 2009· I recently got a Tree Journeyman 325 mill. I found a picture of a similar mill for sale that had about 7 various manuals in the picture. My machine included a binder titled: "Journeyman 325, Installation , Power-On, Operation, Maintenance". Contains general setup, initial startup, maintenance some trouble codes and wiring diagrams.

Aug 03, 2013· Does anyone have an operations manual and programming manual for a Tree Journeyman 325 CNC Mill with Dynapath System 10 control? If yes, please PM me. I just had mine delivered last week and it would be great to acquire the manuals. Dynapath does not support system 10 anymore so I don't think they have the programming manual.
Dec 12, 2005· While the 325 is rated as 5hp, it is actually a continuous 3 hp. The 425 is 7 and 5hp (momentary/continuous). The 325 is about 4600#, but it is shorter than a Series 1 Bridgeport since the motor is mounted spindle-up in the column instead of on top of the ram. It is a beefy machine (box ways) and seems about as nice as you'll get for a knee mill.

Dec 05, 2010· For Sale: Tree 325 Journeyman CNC mill As much as I hate to do this, I have to put my Tree Mill up for sale. I've ordered a new Haas, due the first week of April, and simply don't have enough room for the Tree. The mill runs quite well and is good condition. It has a Dynapath 10 control, 40 spindle, and power knee.

Previous owner said the screen started flickering and turned off and since then it didnt work. U started by removing the CRT assembly and checking for bad circuits. Nothing found.
